Your First Visit

A Step-by-Step Guide

Embarking on your first visit to Serenity Treatment Center marks the beginning of your journey towards healing and recovery. Here’s a glimpse of what you can expect during this important step in your path to wellness.

Arrival

When you arrive at Serenity Treatment Center, a friendly staff member will greet you, making sure you feel welcome and at ease.

Our centers are designed to provide a calming, confidential, and soothing environment where you can feel safe to share your story.

Confidential Assessment

The assessment process, which typically takes about an hour, will be conducted in a private office by one of our licensed counselors. Rest assured, all information shared during your evaluation will remain confidential and will only be shared with written permission through a signed release.

During the assessment, you will be asked to share pertinent history and respond to a variety of questions. This process helps us gather the necessary information to tailor our services to your specific recovery needs.

Treatment Plan

Based on your assessment results and self-reporting, your Serenity counselor will recommend the most suitable treatment group for you.

We offer a variety of treatment options from extended intensive outpatient to DUI Education, and will create a custom program to meet your needs, providing referrals and individual treatment sessions as needed.
